How it works

New home buyer has an existing home to sell.

Meet with Sales Associate to do a Market Analysis of home.

Meet with Sales Associate to pick out a plan & lot to build on and get approximate price.

Meet with Sales Associate to list home and sign listing agreement.

Home sells! Closing commission of 6% paid out.

Meet with Sales Associate and sign building contract. Build 2 Suit gives buyer a 2% credit of existing home commission towards new build job.
